Bob Carr’s lecture will feature highlights of the Archaeological Historical Conservancy, Inc. (AHC) summer project in Israel working with the Center for Research and Archaeology of the Southern Levant, CRASL, to discover the ruins hidden beneath the streets of Jerusalem.
Currently the Executive Director of the Archaeological and Historical Conservancy, Inc., Bob Carr’s career spans over thirty years. As Dade County’s first archaeologist, he was instrumental in the implementation of the Historical Sites Preservation Ordinance. A prolific writer, from trade periodicals to technical reports, Bob will update us on his recent work.

This serves as a focal point for local archaeology enthusiasts and professionals in the field, and helps to promote knowledge and appreciation of native archaeological and historical sites in the South Florida area.
