Free Lecture: Venomous Snakes

Lieutenant Scott Mullin, from Miami-Dade County Fire Rescue, will talk about Venomous Snakes and the "Venom I" Snakebite Response Unit. The "Venom I" is the only firefighting unit in the country equipped to deal with snakebites. The unit contains 25 different antivenins for 95% of the world's venemous snakes; it is the most extensive supply in the United States.
