With an Auditorium and several meeting rooms, the Estate is an ideal place for corporations or medium-sized groups to host events that are unique by combining a professional atmosphere with a respite from the daily work environment. All rentals are subject to 7% Miami-Dade County Sales Tax and a $200 or 20% (whichever is higher) refundable Security Deposit.
